Abstract: These Boundaries agreed to with First Nation Final Agreement (FA or SGA), or a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the First Nation and Yukon Government. Those pursuant to Chapter 21 pertain to Taxation purposes within that particular boundary. Those pursuant to Chapter 31 pertain to Local Area Planning within that particular boundary.Distributed from GeoYukon by the Government of Yukon. Purpose: Boundaries of communities that had to be identified for purposes of First Nation Settlement Lands within a community that had no prior boundary. These boundaries are agreed to between Yukon Government (YG) and the First Nation (Final Agreement - pursuant to Chapter 21 for taxation purposes, Self Government Agreement - pursuant to Section 31 for Local Area Planning, or Memorandum of Understanding signed by both YG and the affected First Nation)

Lineage statement: Older boundaries were digitizing from mylars and paper copies. Current Boundaries are first digitized using AutoCAD software and traced to this layer. Origins are from UTM NAD 83, Zones 7 through 10.
